14-3 Launching a Program

1. Opened task scheduler and created a new task.
2. Setup notepad to open for all users at logon.
3. Copied cmd.exe from the windows\system32 folder and pasted it into the starup folder.

Yes, they were both able to start up, got some type of message error in the command prompt.
