Clean up time.Lab 1-1 Continued

Today we cleaned out the computers we are going to use in the class. We used canned compressed air. Use it in short bursts because the can will get very cold. It’s important to keep the pc clean in order to prevent overheating of the components. Computer chips are designed to work between certain temperatures and if overheated, can work sporadically or fail totally. Computer cases as well, are designed to allow air to flow over the components. If the front or rear air flow is blocked, and if blocked long enough, even hard drives can fail due to overheating.
