MsConfig has been around for a long time. Windows 2000 pro by default doesn’t have it but you can download it and put it in the Winnt folder and works just fine. MsConfig is extremely useful, especially with malware and virus removal. As you can see you can view services as well as programs starting up with windows. Other useful tabs are included as well.
